I hope you’re all having a good week! I have a few things to tell you about:
We will still be at the Capitol Theatre, but due to a booking in the theatre, we will be rehearsing in the Joy Theatre instead of the Pentastar. Please come in the main doors on University St. for our rehearsal.
2. Rehearsal Schedule
Here is your schedule for rehearsal this Tuesday (Oct 4) evening:
7:00 – 7:25: Die Fledermaus
7:25 – 7:50: Sobre las olas (Over the waves)
7:50 – 8:00: Break
8:00 – 8:30: Huapango
8:30 – 8:50: Blue Danube
8:50 – 9:00: Tristch-trastch polka
3. WSCO Portal
The WSCO Portal is loaded with all your current pieces, and also has a copy of this newsletter, in case you need it! Access to the WSCO portal is here and the password is WSCOrocks!
4. Concert Dates
Concerts for WSCO will be on Dec 13, 2022 and May 9, 2022, both at the Capitol Theatre. Tickets will be $12 adult, $5 child and will be available by mid-November. I’ll let you know when they are on the website for purchase!
6. Invoices
Invoices will be sent via email this week. We use SquareUp for invoicing, which allows you to pay safely online. If you prefer to pay by cash or cheque, please just let me know. Please note that the invoices come from SquareUp, so my education email address is not the sender.
