General Ticketing Questions

I am having trouble buying a ticket on the website. What can I do?

Make sure you are using a valid browser window – our ticketing software likes Chrome best, but will also work with Safari and Firefox. Our software also works best on a computer.

Make sure you are filling in all the required fields at the payment stage. We need your name, address, and email. Your ticket order has been processed if you receive a confirmation number at the end of the transaction. If you do not get this, please contact the Box Office boxoffice@windsorsymphony.com and we will be glad to help you.

Payment Options Online:

The online ticketing system only accepts credit cards, NOT Visa Debit. If you would like to use Visa Debit to purchase tickets, please visit the box office.

I have lost my ticket. What now?

If you have lost or forgotten your ticket, don’t worry – your seats are saved!

In advance of a concert, simply call the WSO Box Office to arrange for replacement tickets free of charge.

If you are at the venue, please see the staff at the WSO table in the lobby, be prepared to show ID, and we will replace your tickets free of charge.
