General Ticketing Questions

I am having trouble buying a ticket on the website. What can I do?

Make sure you are using a valid browser window – our ticketing software likes Chrome best, but will also work with Safari and Firefox. Our software also works best on a computer.

Make sure you are filling in all the required fields at the payment stage. We need your name, address, and email. Your ticket order has been processed if you receive a confirmation number at the end of the transaction. If you do not get this, please contact the Box Office boxoffice@windsorsymphony.com and we will be glad to help you.

Payment Options Online:

The online ticketing system only accepts credit cards, NOT Visa Debit. If you would like to use Visa Debit to purchase tickets, please visit the box office.

I have lost my ticket. What now?

If you have lost or forgotten your ticket, don’t worry – your seats are saved!

You have the option of exchanging your ticket for another concert in the current season at least 24 hours prior to the concert you hold. Tickets may be exchanged for a charitable tax receipt as long as the WSO Box Office is notified 24 hours prior to the concert date on the ticket.

Ticket Fees

A Heritage Preservation Fund (HPF) Fee of $2 per ticket is applied to every order with the exception of free events and educational events (including Concerts for Kids). This fee is collected by the City of Windsor and goes towards maintenance of The Capitol Theatre. A mailing fee is applied to all tickets mailed.

Delivery Method

Tickets purchased within ten days of the concert will not be mailed. Patrons may choose “Email My Tickets” to have them sent by email, or “Pick Up a Concert” and tickets can be picked up when you arrive for the event. Not all options may be available for all performances. Please see Delivery Options for more detail.

The Windsor Symphony Orchestra welcomes patrons with accessibility needs. Please advise us of any mobility concerns or other accommodations that you require at the time of purchase.
