Frequently Asked Questions

I am having trouble buying a ticket on the website. What can I do?

Make sure you are using a valid browser window – our ticketing software likes Chrome best, but will also work with Safari and Firefox. Our software also works best on a computer.

Make sure you are filling in all the required fields at the payment stage. We need your name, address, and email. Your ticket order has been processed if you receive a confirmation number at the end of the transaction. If you do not get this, please contact the Box Office boxoffice@windsorsymphony.com and we will be glad to help you.

Payment Options Online:

The online ticketing system only accepts credit cards, NOT Visa Debit. If you would like to use Visa Debit to purchase tickets, please visit the box office.

I have lost my ticket. What now?

If you have lost or forgotten your ticket, don’t worry – your seats are saved!

In advance of a concert, simply call the WSO Box Office to arrange for replacement tickets free of charge.

If you are at the venue, please see the staff at the WSO table in the lobby, be prepared to show ID, and we will replace your tickets free of charge.

What do I wear to a concert?

Patrons in various outfits outside of a theatre.

Wear what you are comfortable in! There is no dress code. Most people wear business causal clothes or slightly dressy outfits, but you’ll see everything from suits and ties to khakis to cocktail dresses and anything in between.

Can I take photos and videos at a concert?

Any recording of performances, either through video or photograph is prohibited. We encourage you to take photos before or after the performance. A reminder that mobile phones should be silenced.

When you attend a WSO event or program, you enter an area where filming, photography, audio, and video recording may take place by authorized personnel. Please inform theatre staff if you have a concern.

Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, we ask you not to leave your seat except in the case of an emergency.

If you leave your seat during the performance, you will be seated again at the discretion of the Front of House Manager at an appropriate point during the performance.
