Make sure you are filling in all the required fields at the payment stage. We need your name, address, and email. Your ticket order has been processed if you receive a confirmation number at the end of the transaction. If you do not get this, please contact the Box Office [email protected] and we will be glad to help you.
The online ticketing system only accepts credit cards, NOT Visa Debit. If you would like to use Visa Debit to purchase tickets, please visit the box office.

If you have lost or forgotten your ticket, don’t worry – your seats are saved!
In advance of a concert, simply call the WSO Box Office to arrange for replacement tickets free of charge.
If you are at the venue, please see the staff at the WSO table in the lobby, be prepared to show ID, and we will replace your tickets free of charge.

Wear what you are comfortable in! There is no dress code. Most people wear business causal clothes or slightly dressy outfits, but you’ll see everything from suits and ties to khakis to cocktail dresses and anything in between.
While we cannot guarantee a scent free environment, we ask patrons to consider others around them when using strong scents (such as perfume, cologne, etc.). Please refrain from using strong scents.
Any recording of performances, either through video or photograph is prohibited. We encourage you to take photos before or after the performance. A reminder that mobile phones should be silenced.
When you attend a WSO event or program, you enter an area where filming, photography, audio, and video recording may take place by authorized personnel. Please inform theatre staff if you have a concern.
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, we ask you not to leave your seat except in the case of an emergency.
If you leave your seat during the performance, you will be seated again at the discretion of the Front of House Manager at an appropriate point during the performance.
Artists, programs, dates, prices, talks are subject to change without notice. If possible, changes will be announced in advance.
Tickets are final sale. There are no refunds for cancellations, but we do allow ticket exchanges. If you cannot use your tickets, we encourage you to share them with family, friends, or business associates. You have the option of exchanging your ticket for another concert in the current season at least 24 hours prior to the concert you hold. Tickets may be exchanged for a charitable tax receipt as long as the WSO Box Office is notified 24 hours prior to the concert date on the ticket.
A Heritage Preservation Fund (HPF) Fee of $2 per ticket is applied to every ticket with the exception of free events and educational events (including Family Concerts). This fee is collected by the City of Windsor and goes towards the maintenance of The Capitol Theatre.
Tickets purchased within ten days of the concert will not be mailed. Patrons may choose “Email My Tickets” to have them sent by email, or “Pick Up at Concert” and tickets can be picked up when you arrive for the event. Not all options may be available for all performances. Please see Delivery Options below for more details.

Latecomers will be admitted at the discretion of the Front of House Manager.
Patrons may be required to wait in the lobby until there is a suitable break in the performance.
Patrons who leave the theatre once the performance has started may be asked to wait in the lobby until suitable break in the performance to be re-admitted.
Patrons may be directed to a different seat than purchased to limit disruption in the theatre.
No refunds or tickets exchanges will be offered for late arrivals or readmissions.
The Windsor Symphony Orchestra welcomes patrons with accessibility needs. Please advise us of any mobility concerns or other accommodations that you require at the time of purchase.

Wheelchair spaces are accessible in the theatre. The Capitol Theatre main entry is located at ground level and is equipped with ramps and inclined floors. The theatre can accommodate standard-sized manual and electric wheelchairs on the main floor. These spaces are limited, please contact box office to inquire availability. Please note: because the Capital Theatre is a historical building, balcony seating is only accessible by stairs
A City of Windsor By-Law permits persons with disabilities to park in areas marked “Commercial” provided an Accessible Parking Permit (APP) is clearly displayed through the windshield and (if times are noted) designated parking times are adhered to.
Those attending a WSO event as a Support Worker can request a ticket, free of charge. Please call the Box Office.
An accessible washroom is located in the lobby area.
The Capitol Theatre ushers will be happy to assist you with removing your walker from seat, storing it in a designated area, and returning after your event.
The Capitol Theatre has a manual wheelchair available to assist from the lobby entrance to your seat. Please notify an usher upon arrival to request a wheelchair.
The Capitol Theatre Windsor is unable to accommodate motorized scooters. Scooters can be parked in a designated spot in the lobby after entering and guests can transfer, with assistance, if necessary, to one of the theatre’s manual wheelchairs prior to entering the event.
Any guide dog, signal dog, or other animal individually trained to aid an individual with a disability can accompany a ticket holder. Please notify the Box Office at the point of purchase so that your seat can be selected to ensure adequate space for your support animal.

The Windsor Symphony Orchestra is committed to honouring its performance schedule. All performances proceed as scheduled despite weather conditions, traffic delays, or area events resulting in street closures (parades/festivals, etc.).
