Pops Opening Weekend comes with some R-E-S-P-E-C-T!

Windsor, ON – This weekend the Windsor Symphony Orchestra kicks off the Toldo Pops Concert Series with a bit of soul! 

Electrifying soul singer LaKisha Jones joins the WSO to perform I Will Always Love You, Respect, Skyfall, and Diamonds are Forever – this is a teaser of what you’ll hear when the American Idol finalist and Flint Michigan native takes the stage.

“Jones’ voice is stunning!” Maestro Robert Franz says, “LaKisha has the kind of spirit that makes everyone feel right at home. She sings from her heart directly to yours. You’ll feel it, trust me!”

The WSO also performs a James Bond Medley and the Hercules Orchestral Suite.
