Thank you, Windsor-Essex Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Motor City Community Credit Union who sponsored the Pillars of our Community award.
On behalf of the Windsor Symphony Orchestra, and Board of Directors, it is my honour to accept this award.
Our mission is to connect people through music. We are proud to contribute to the success and well-being of the residents of our great city. Each year we perform over 125 concerts, that includes performances for over 10,000 students within the 2 school boards.
It is the community we serve that allows us to do what we do. We have scores of incredible patrons, donors, volunteers, our talented musicians and staff, the Guild… we want to thank them and thank our major sponsors, Bill and Rochelle Tepperman, The Toldo Foundation and the Morris and Beverly Baker Foundation.
This award inspires us to continue creating community by connecting people through music. Thank you!
