WINDSOR, ON – The Windsor Symphony Orchestra’s Toldo Pops series launches with a galactic opening weekend with the Music of Star Wars.
The WSO brings this cinematic magic to life in a fun, interactive “Name That Tune”-style concert, where audiences can test their Jedi-like musical instincts.
John Williams’ music is iconic, instantly transporting audiences to galaxies far, far away. From the bold brass to sweeping strings, his scores are as legendary as the films themselves.
“I’m thrilled to be back in Windsor, a place that shaped me so deeply as a conductor. Conducting The Music of Star Wars is an honor and a wonderful way to celebrate both Robert’s legacy and reconnect with this great community,” says guest conductor Daniel Wiley.
