Windsor, ON – The Windsor Symphony Orchestra (WSO) holds its Annual General Meeting (AGM) Monday for WSO patrons, supporters, and the public to learn about the orchestra’s accomplishments over the past year and its vision for the future. The meeting features a keynote address by Katherine Carleton, Executive Director, Orchestras Canada. Katherine will be speaking on “Why do we need an orchestra in Windsor?”
“I’m looking forward to talking with the Windsor Symphony Orchestra’s members and supporters on Monday. I’ve long admired the WSO’s proactive and caring approach to community engagement through music – and as much as I’m looking forward to sharing my perspectives on orchestras in the 21st century, I know that I’ll learn even more from the people I get to meet.” Said Katherine Carleton.
