Sit where the musicians sit… onstage!
Felix Mendelssohn’s String Symphony No. 7 dates back to 1822 and was written when he was only 12 years old. Inspired by his love of the music of Bach, Mendelssohn’s string symphonies were intended to be performed at home for musical soirées. Paired with Mozart’s Divertimento, this concert, conducted by Assistant Conductor Francisco Hernández Bolaños, will certainly inspire string sensations!
