Each year, the WSO Family gets together in the coldest months of the year to warm up with a glass of wine, a delicious meal, wonderful music, and great company.
This year’s featured performers are WSO Assistant Concertmaster Konstantin Popović on violin and Michael Karloff on piano.

- Beef Short Ribs braised in espresso, Barolo wine, and Amarena cherry over mash potatoes with crispy onions and rapini
- Maple-glazed Salmon encrusted with pistachio and roasted over coconut-curry lentil stew and roasted fennel
- Fire-roasted Vegetables – heirloom carrots, brussels sprouts, and cauliflower – tossed with gorgonzola, smoky mojo sauce, pecans and truffle honey
