The Great Lakes Chamber Music Festival returns to Windsor for one night only! Hear Beethoven’s String Quartet No. 9, also known as the third “Razumovsky Quartet,” and quite possibly Beethoven’s most popular chamber music work. This ground-breaking piece by Beethoven, which helped move the string quartet into the concert hall, will leave you mystified! Brahms’ String Sextet No. 1 is the second chamber music work published by Brahms in 1860, hailed to be one of the most beautiful works by this young composer.
