Where are the rehearsals?

Mostly at the Capitol Theatre, and some at Walkerville Collegiate, 2100 Richmond. For Walkerville, use the back parking lot and enter by that door. For the Capitol Theatre, please use the front door.

What it expected for rehearsals?

Learn your notes and rhythms before rehearsals. Always have a pencil with eraser and all your music. If you are a string player and share a stand, use the "outside" player's music. But inside players must also bring their music just in case.

What about attendance?

Attendance at rehearsals is vital. Sometimes players will say, "I'll practice at home," but it's not the same. The orchestra needs to hear your part, and you need to learn together with the ensemble, listening and adjusting. If you must miss, please email Mr. Wiebe by Thursday with a valid excuse. Please plan social activities around orchestra, not the other way around. If you have an emergency on rehearsal day, please text or phone Mr. Wiebe.
