Passion Brochure Cover

Masterworks

Strings Five concerts performed on Saturday evenings in the Chrysler Theatre.

“Our hearts measure time. We live beat by beat. Yet music has the power to transform time itself. No matter how crazy the day, a Brahms adagio brings us unhurried tranquility. A Beethoven finale makes our hearts rush. A live concert takes us even further. When the music pauses, a thousand people hold their breath together. Love is the only other thing that can move us in such a way, but when the passion flows, is there a difference between love and music?”

Family Jamboree

StringsThree 60-minute concerts for
elementary aged children and their families!

“Most of us remember our first encounters with live music. It was fun and, if done right, gave us a chance to get up and sing, make a little noise, and even dance a bit. The PB n’ J series of half-hour concerts gets toddlers up close to the musicians, and our hosts Peter Wiebe and Janis Radford are brilliant. FamJam is back too, with engaging concerts for our elementary-aged crowd, and their parents and grandparents to boot!”
