Foundation Support
Support from the foundation community is an important resource for the Windsor Symphony Orchestra. Foundation grants support the WSO's presentations and education programs that reach thousands of adults and children each year. Foundation grants can support the WSO as a whole or can be designated to particular programs, projects, or funds including but not limited to:
- Specific Concerts or Concert Series
- Commissioning of New Work
- WSO Ensembles
- Windsor Symphony Youth Orchestra
- Community Outreach
- Music Therapy
- Education Programs
- Support for specific education programs including: Educational Concerts, Music Alive Ensembles, school visits by conductors and composers, among others.
- Summer concerts, which offer outdoor programs free to the public
- Endowment
