How to Use Zoom
for your Online Listening Club Session

 

To Join by Computer:

1. Open the email "Session Info and Login"
    You would have received this email after your ticket purchase.
     If you did not receive this email, please contact us: boxoffice@windsorsymphony.com

2. Click the meeting link

3. Launch the Zoom app, or click "Download" to access the app (this application is free)

4. When prompted enter the meeting password

5. The Zoom meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m.

6. Join with your computer audio to participate in discussion; you may also turn on your video (this is optional)

 

To Join by Phone:

1. Open the email "Session Info and Login"
    You would have received this email after your ticket purchase.
     If you did not receive this email, please contact us: boxoffice@windsorsymphony.com

2. Dial the phone number pertaining to your location

3. When prompted dial the meeting ID number

4. Enter the meeting password

 

 

Tips for Participating in a Zoom Session:

 

  • If you are not speaking, please mute your microphone. This can be done on the bottom left-hand corner of your view screen. Watch a video tutorial HERE.
  • Please raise your hand when you'd like to speak. Zoom has a very fun feature that allows you to raise your hand. There is a great tutorial HERE.
