SERVICES & PATRON INFORMATION

Ticket Exchange

As a subscriber, if you cannot attend a concert or wish to see a performance in another series, you can take advantage of our exchange policy without a service fee and exchange your tickets (additional cost for seating upgrades; exchanges may be limited on some performances). You may also turn in tickets for a charitable tax receipt.

As a single ticket buyer, if you cannot attend a concert you may exchange those tickets for any other performance during the same season. Service fees apply. Additional costs for seating upgrades may apply, exchanges may be limited on some performances. You may also turn in tickets for a charitable tax receipt.

Exchanges can only be made for tickets to another concert within the same season and are subject to availability. All exchanges must be made in person no later than 48 hours prior to the concert date. Exchanges for tax receipts must be made no later than 24 hours prior to concert date. You may not exchange unused tickets for a concert that has already occurred. Exchanged tickets may not be exchanged a second time.

Lost tickets

If you have misplaced your tickets you can contact Patron Services at 519-973-1238 ex. 16. We will have a record of your purchase. You may be asked to confirm personal information to verify identity, then replacement tickets will be issued.

Concert Etiquette

For your own enjoyment and the enjoyment of patrons around you, please remember concert etiquette. Talking, coughing, humming or unwrapping candies may disturb the performers as well as fellow patrons. We also ask that you be considerate of those who might have allergies to cologne and perfume.

Latecomers

In the interest of patrons and performers alike, latecomers will be admitted at an appropriate break in the performance.

Bar & Concessions

Beverages and light snacks are available for purchase before the performance and during intermission, from the bar of the Capitol Theatre. Patrons are reminded that food and beverages are not permitted in the auditorium.

Gift Certificates

Bring music into the life of your friends and loved ones. Gift certificates are available in any denomination for WSO concert tickets. Contact the WSO office at (519) 973-1238 ext. 16 for more information.

Handicap Access

All performance venues are wheelchair accessible. Please inform the box office of your needs when you purchase tickets.

Emergency Procedures

The Capitol Theatre and all other WSO venues are protected with a fire alarm and sprinkler system for your safety. Please take a moment to note the location of the exit nearest to you.

Smoking

All performance venues are smoke-free environments.
