Striking A Chord for Windsor and Essex County

Windsor — Sixty years ago two separate groups of Windsor’s dreamers started on different paths. The United Way / Centraide Windsor-Essex County and Windsor Symphony Orchestra were sparked to life, striking a chord within the community and starting on a path to becoming integral parts of this community.

On Thursday October 11th, 2007, the Windsor Symphony Orchestra and the United Way / Centraide Windsor-Essex County will join together to announce a once in a lifetime celebration of their anniversaries. The event will provide an opportunity for supporters of both organizations to bask in the warm glow of accomplishments by our best and brightest citizens, and the shared vision of good times to come.
